SPH Project Methodology: Proven Efficiency for your Business Success

In the ambitious world of IT projects, it is crucial to ensure both the certainty of achieving objectives within the given timeframe and to maintain flexibility through an iterative approach. The SPH project methodology seamlessly integrates these two elements and adds speed by using best practices to move your project forward quickly. We attach great importance to transparency, so that all tasks and the progress of the project are always comprehensible for everyone involved.

Our process starts with the initialisation phase: We define the scope and plan the next steps, which are set out in a Statement of Work (SOW). The standard implementation phase includes training and setup to ensure that the systems can be used to their full potential. When implementing enhancements, we go beyond the standard setup and focus on custom solution identification, development and setup, which ultimately leads to a requirement freeze.

The subsequent acceptance phase includes further training and tests, leading to a code freeze. This ensures that everything is running smoothly. This is followed by the roll-out, which marks the transition (cut-over) to go-live, when your new system is fully operational and ready for use.

With our tried and tested project methodology, we ensure reliable and state-of-the-art project implementation.

Four Success Factors

Our project methodology ensures the success of the project with a clear plan that is adaptable and will take you to the go-live date in a targeted manner.

Our project methodology allows for flexibility in project planning by continually evaluating and adjusting iterations, resources and scope changes to effectively respond to change and make adjustments together if necessary.

The use of standard software combined with SPH’s established fashion processes and best practices ensures qualified advice and efficient support. This accelerates projects, reduces complexity and reduces costs.

Project and task management is centralised via Azure DevOps, with a detailed progress overview at various levels so that there is always clarity about the current status and the next steps.
